On the heels of Speaker Ryan’s retirement announcement Rep. Dennis Ross is following suit and will not seek reelection. DCCC Spokesperson Amanda Sherman released the following statement on Ross’s decision:
“It is clear that Rep. Ross saw the writing on the wall. With nothing to run on but voting to raise healthcare costs for working Floridians, a GOP Tax Scam that gave tax breaks to large corporations, and racking up deficits that put Social Security and Medicare at risk, it is no surprise Ross decided to retire.”
