Addressing the news that healthcare premiums in Pennsylvania are set to jump a whopping 30.6%, DCCC Spokesman Evan Lukaske issued the following statement:
“Premiums in Pennsylvania just skyrocketed more than 30% and Representatives Costello, Meehan and Fitzpatrick are responsible for the pain these massive premium hikes will inflict on Pennsylvania families. Costello, Meehan and Fitzpatrick’s do-nothing Republican Congress spent the entire year trying and failing miserably to repeal the Affordable Care Act instead of working across the aisle to address the increasing costs of healthcare, and now they are failing to act as President Trump sabotages our healthcare system. Their complicity shows why they need to be replaced next November.”
