DCCC’s first-quarter fundraising powered by grassroots donors ready to protect Democrats’ House Majority, largest off-year Q1 in history

With $34.1 million in first quarter of 2021, DCCC posts best off-year Q1

Powered by an average online donation of $17, the DCCC will report raising $34.1 million in the first quarter of 2021.

House Democrats’ grassroots donors invested more than $10.8 million online in protecting our Democratic Majority in Congress. More than 99% of donations were $100 or less, 93% were under $50.

“American voters know the stakes in this election are clear. With Speaker Pelosi’s leadership, Democrats in Congress just delivered critical economic relief in the American Rescue Plan that is cushioning the pocketbooks of American families, reopening schools, and expanding access to a vaccine that will crush the COVID-19 pandemic,” said DCCC Chairman Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney.

The DCCC will report $30.3 million cash on hand, nearly twice the amount the DCCC held at this point in the first quarter of 2019.
