For the third quarter in a row, Democrats continue to outraise their Republican opponents
In all corners of the country, DCCC Frontline and Red to Blue candidates are dominating the fundraising race.
In the most recent quarter, both Democratic incumbents and challengers outraised their Republican opponents by an average of more than $440,000.
Diving into the math, Frontline Democrats resoundingly beat Republican challengers by an average of more than $600,000 in Q2. These same Democratic Frontliners have an average of $2.7 million cash-on-hand, which is an average of nearly five times more than their Republican opponents.
Democratic challengers are also winning the cash race against vulnerable House Republicans. Candidates on the DCCC’s Red to Blue program outraised their Republican opponent by an average of more than $400,000 in Q2. The fundraising surge by Red to Blue members is positioning them to overtake their incumbent Republicans opponents in cash-on-hand.
And yesterday, the DCCC announced that it outraised the NRCC by $7 million in the second quarter and $5.4 million the month of June.
DCCC Spokesperson Viet Shelton:
“The American people are putting their trust and resources behind House Democrats as they continue to see extreme MAGA Republicans embrace Trump’s Project 2025. Voters are poised to elect a Democratic majority this fall to get the House back to work.”
