Deputy Speaker Shops Concepts of a Health Care Plan That Everyone Hates and Makes Things Worse

Amidst chaos and infighting, Republicans are set to let Affordable Care Act Tax Credits expire

Deputy Speaker Mike Johnson and House Republicans are refusing to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits.

According to new reporting, Johnson’s half baked plan does NOT include an extension of ACA tax credits, forcing over 20 million hardworking Americans to face skyrocketing health insurance premiums because of Republican inaction.

Now, the so-called Republican moderates who have falsely promised in phony letters and meaningless press releases that they would address the looming crisis millions will face at the end of the year are proving how worthless they are.

DCCC Spokesperson Justin Chermol:
“The so-called Republican moderates are falling in line behind Deputy Speaker Mike Johnson to force millions of Americans to face higher health care costs in the midst of an affordability crisis. These extremists will be held accountable for their refusal to act.”
