Tran introduced the Emergency Responders Mental Health Training (EMT) Act to establish training fellowships focused on mental health and substance abuse care for first responders — ensuring those who keep Californians safe have access to the resources they deserve.
Tran’s EMT Act builds upon his proven track record of fighting for public safety, from being a member of the Bipartisan Congressional Law Enforcement Caucus, to introducing the CARE for First Responders Act, to bringing back federal funding for local law enforcement.
