Desperate GOP “Hope It’s Not the End of the Road” For Their Failed Attempts to Deny Americans Health Care

Despite ACA being upheld by the Supreme Court, Republicans still hopeful of repealing ACA and stripping health care from millions

It looks like House Republicans still haven’t learned from their dozens of failed attempts over the last decade to repeal the Affordable Care Act – even after it cost them their House Majority.

After the Supreme Court dismissed the GOP’s challenge of the ACA, Republicans like Representative Nancy Mace “hope it’s not the end of the road” when it comes to future legal challenges against the law.

Rep. Mace doubled down on her comments, also saying “I do know that Republicans will come up with solutions,” to try to “repeal some of the regulations.”

“Time after time, the GOP has tried and failed miserably to dismantle the lifesaving Affordable Care Act, including during a once-in-a-century pandemic,” said DCCC Spokesperson Chris Taylor. “Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and his caucus should answer for these comments and make clear whether they’re still committed to their losing fight of stripping health care away from tens of millions of Americans.”
