| Maria Elvira Salazar must not have had a very relaxing August recess, because she’s set to hit the beach again after just a few days back at her job.
Meanwhile, working Floridians are in the middle of a torrential storm of economic troubles. As many as 1.6 million Floridians are set to lose their health care and monthly premiums are tripling, 278,000 Floridians have already lost SNAP food assistance, and Florida families are forced to fork over an average of $2,700 for the exact same goods thanks to Trump’s disastrous tariffs.
Salazar’s solution? Another vacation…just for her. Florida families can’t afford one, especially not while gas prices continue to climb.
DCCC Spokesperson Madison Andrus:
“Maria Elvira Salazar has forgotten she has a job to do. Florida families are being hit left and right from Salazar’s reckless economic agenda, and she’s too busy packing her bags for yet another taxpayer funded paid vacation to care.” |
