| Monica De La Cruz must not have had a very relaxing August recess, because she’s set to hit the beach again after just a few days back at her job.
Meanwhile, working Texans are in the middle of a torrential storm of economic troubles. As many as 1.6 million Texans are set to lose their health care,and premiums are more than tripling, 248,000 have already lost SNAP food assistance, and Texan families are forced to fork over an average of $2,300 for the exact same goods thanks to Trump’s disastrous tariffs.
De La Cruz’s solution? Another vacation…just for her. Texas families can’t afford one, especially not while gas prices continue to climb.
