On Monday, Politico reported on an initial leaked Supreme Court opinion that strikes down Roe v. Wade, delivering a devastating below to safe, legal abortion access in America.
This came on the heels of a report that Republicans plan on pushing a 6-week national ban on abortion, which could overrule abortion laws already on the books in states like Nevada.
In NV-03, extreme GOP candidate Noah Malgeri called Roe v. Wade “one of the greatest tragedies of American history ever” and said the leaked opinion was “100 percent correct” during an interview yesterday. Meanwhile, his primary opponent April Becker has dodged questions on the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
