The cost of everything – from gas, energy, food, and health care – is on the rise. But the president could care less, declaring yesterday from the Oval Office:
“I LOVE the inflation.”
He was, of course, referring to the latest report that showed inflation spiking to a three-year high, forcing Californians to pay more for everything – including gas, energy, food, and health care.
This latest declaration raises the question that Central Valley families deserve an answer to:
Does David Valadao agree?
It’s likely he does… given Valadao has voted with the president’s agenda 98% of the time. He voted nine separate times to protect price-spiking tariffs costing working families $1,700 on average last year and tried to dismiss the real impact of the president’s war-of-choice in Iran that is driving up everyday costs for Valley producers. California families have had to spend over $4,300 more on goods and services on average under Trump as a result of these policies.

“Central Valley voters deserve to know if David Valadao loves ‘the inflation’. Because no sane person does, and this tone-deaf remark is another reminder that Valadao and his extremist friends in DC don’t care about everyday folks, just keeping their billionaire backers happy.”
