With one week until Election Day, Republicans’ closing message couldn’t be clearer. Higher costs for you, record profits for them:
TRUMP ON HIGH GAS PRICES: “We’re making money like this country has never made before…I can just see the fake headlines: ‘President Trump is talking about all the money they’re making while people are suffering at the pump’…I don’t give a damn… We’re making a freaking fortune.”
As Californians are getting crushed paying above $6 a gallon for gas — Trump DGAF, and neither does his loyal foot soldier Kevin Lincoln, who has touted Trump’s “ complete and total” endorsement and promised voters he would serve as Trump’s personal “ ally.”
DCCC Spokesperson Anna Elsasser:
“Donald Trump and Kevin Lincoln clearly don’t give a damn about your gas prices. Valley families have had enough of paying the price for their callous agenda and unprecedented corruption. Lincoln is going to lose in 7 days because of it.”
