Happy Labor Day weekend to everyone but Don Bacon, who has a long record of voting against hardworking Nebraskans and repeatedly opposing fair pay and labor rights.
His anti-labor record includes:
Voting for the Default on America Act, which would cut off access to job training and development programs for workers and repeal prevailing wage requirements.
Repeatedlyvoting against the PRO Act, which would strengthen unions and protect workers’ right to unionize and fight for fair pay, benefits, and work conditions.
Continuouslyvotingtoroll back legislation that would ensure fair wages and working conditions for federally-funded projects.
Voting to block an amendment to allow workers to earn paid sick time.
Voting to ban employers from voluntarily recognizing a union that had the majority of its employees’ support.
