Don Bacon Signs Onto “Pro-IVF” Measure That Does Nothing To…*Checks Notes*…Protect IVF

In his latest move to hide his record of threatening access to reproductive care, Don Bacon is signing onto a so-called “pro-IVF” measure that “doesn’t do anything to actually protect the procedure.”

Bacon is pulling out all the stops to mislead voters on his repeated support for the Life at Conception Act, a total national abortion ban that has no exceptions or protections for IVF.

And rather than signing onto a bill that *actually* protects IVF nationwide, Bacon is putting on a show to gain a few political points.

DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“Nebraskans can see right through Don Bacon’s disingenuous move. It couldn’t be more clear that Bacon wants politicians to decide if, how, and when a woman should start a family.”
