House Democrats took decisive action today to lower gas prices. Don Bacon voted to keep gas prices high.
Despite high demand, domestic oil production remains low as many oil companies choose not to expand in an effort to keep gas prices high by putting profits before people. Today, Bacon voted to do the same.
Rather than support solutions and try to lower costs for hardworking Nebraskans, Bacon chose to side with wealthy corporations over his constituents.

“Nebraskans deserve a representative who will fight for them, not mega wealthy corporations who gouge prices.”
