Donald Trump Brags About Overturning of Roe v. Wade, Calls it a ‘Miracle.’ Lori Chavez-DeRemer Agrees.

This week, Donald Trump bragged about his role in stripping away women’s reproductive freedoms saying, “For 54 years they were trying to get Roe v. Wade terminated, and I did it. And I’m proud to have done it… We did something that was a miracle.”

It’s clear that Chavez-DeRemer agrees, given that:

• Chavez-DeRemer supported “heartbeat bills” that would have banned abortion.

• Chavez-DeRemer voted to strip abortion access after pressure from national anti-choice groups.

• Chavez-DeRemer voted to restrict a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions.

REMINDER: According to recent polling, support for abortion access remains at record levels, while GOP politicians like Chavez-DeRemer continue to target women and doctors for seeking or providing essential health care.
