Today, the DCCC announced that Dr. Kermit Jones has been added to its competitive ‘Red to Blue’ program, which arms top-tier candidates like Dr. Jones with organizational and fundraising support to help them continue to develop strong campaigns.
Dr. Kermit Jones, a doctor and veteran, is continuing his record of service for California families by flipping California’s 3rd district blue. Dr. Jones faces far-right Assembly member Kevin Kiley, who is dead-set on forcing an extreme agenda on the constituents of this new swing district as he tries to rip away health care protections and abortion rights.
As a veteran and a doctor, Kermit Jones has proven himself a selfless servant and leader for his country. No one is more prepared to take on Kiley’s extreme agenda and deliver for California workers, families, and small business owners.
