No surprise here – Don Bacon is lying to Nebraskans again. In response to the Alabama Supreme Court decision, Bacon claims he doesn’t support restrictions on IVF.
The truth is that he repeatedlyco-sponsored the Life at Conception Act, a national abortion ban with no exceptions that would impose similar restrictions on IVF and fertility treatments as the Alabama ruling.
