In today’s debate, Don Bacon falsely claimed the Life At Conception Act has nothing to do with abortion or IVF. Here’s the truth:
The Life At Conception Act is a total nationwide abortionban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life and would essentially ban IVF access. And Don Bacon co-sponsored it not once, not twice, but three times.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
