FACT CHECK, PART 2: Don Bacon Co-Sponsored Legislation That Would Threaten IVF

Another day, another lie from DC politician Don Bacon.

This week, Bacon is trying to mislead voters by saying the “intent [of the Life At Conception Act] was not to restrict abortions or IVF” and that Democrats are “distort[ing] the bill.”

Here’s the undeniable truth: The Life At Conception Act is a total national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life and has “no protection for IVF.”

Bacon has repeatedly co-sponsored the Life at Conception Act and made it crystal clear he wants politicians to decide if, how, and when women should start a family.
