Four Years After Dobbs, A Reminder That Rob Wittman’s Anti-Abortion Record Will Be on the Ballot in November

Four years after the Supreme Court ripped reproductive rights away from millions of women, Congressman Rob Wittman has continued the work of further dismantling abortion rights in Congress.

Wittman’s anti-abortion record will be on the ballot in November, when Virginians will have a chance to enshrine their right to an abortion into the Commonwealth’s constitution. If Wittman had his way, abortion would be banned for Virginians.

POLITICO reports that Republicans like Wittman are “taking pains to avoid the topic” because he knows just how out-of-step his position is with Virginia voters.

DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Rob Wittman has worked for years to ban abortion and rip away Virginia women’s freedom to make their own health care decisions. His extreme anti-abortion record will be on the ballot in November.”
