| Four years after the Supreme Court ripped reproductive rights away from millions of women, Brad Finstad has continued the work of further dismantling abortion rights in Congress.
Finstad’s record is clear: he endangered women’s lives by giving politicians like himself power over decisions that belong to women and their doctors.
- Finstad cosponsored the Life At Conception Act: a total nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life.
- Finstad received an “A+” rating from anti-choice extremist group Susan B. Anthony List, and was endorsed by National Right to Life: whose goal is to end abortion.
- Finstad voted to jail doctors and nurses who provide reproductive health care.
- Finstad supported defunding abortion care for U.S. servicemembers.
- Finstad voted for a backdoor effort to pressure states with established legal protections into gradually stripping away abortion rights.
