| Four years after the Supreme Court ripped reproductive rights away from millions of women and allowed Iowa to pass its extreme abortion ban, Mariannette Miller-Meeks has continued the work of further dismantling abortion rights in Congress.

- Miller-Meeks cosponsored the Life At Conception Act: a total nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life.
- Miller-Meeks voted to eliminate the right to an abortion entirely in Iowa.
- Miller-Meeks signed on to the amicus brief urging SCOTUS to overturn Roe v. Wade.
- Miller-Meeks supported bills that would threaten access to abortion, IVF, and contraception and even told the WSJ that she “has some concerns about the ethics around IVF.”
- Miller-Meeks voted for a backdoor effort to pressure states with established legal protections for abortion into gradually stripping away abortion rights.
