Democrats are widening their lead on the core issues of the midterm campaign: the economy, cost of living, and inflation.
According to a new Fox News poll, voters favor Democrats by 15 points on handling inflation and prices. Since September 2022, voters have swung towards Democrats by nearly 30 points on who they trust to handle inflation.
The poll gives Democrats a 7-point lead on the generic midterm ballot and an 11-point lead among voters who say they are certain to vote.
| It comes on the heels of polling from The New York Times/Siena and Marquette showing Democrats ahead on nearly every major issue of the midterm race and holding a commanding lead on the generic ballot.
