As investigations into the January 6th attack on the Capitol begin, CNN reported over the weekend that former Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee detailing Rep. Scott Perry’s involvement in former Justice official Jeffrey Clark’s unprecedented actions to overturn the election.
This new testimony by former Trump officials follows previous reporting by the New York Times and Washington Post detailing Perry’s involvement in “an attempt to overturn millions of legally cast votes.”
