George Hansel “Looks” at Privatizing Social Security, Refuses To Protect Abortion Rights or Take Action on Gun Violence

In WMUR interview Hansel shows he’s not ready to lead NH-02

George Hansel isn’t ready to represent the Granite State.

In an interview with WMUR, Hansel struggled to give specifics or solutions, instead hiding behind fuzzy nothingness.

Alarmingly, he did give some answers:

  • Hansel refused to say he wouldn’t try to privatize Social Security – painfully looking at a staffer to end the interview.

  • Hansel declared he would not vote to protect a woman’s right to an abortion.

  • Hansel said he hasn’t “seen any red flag laws that I like” and would vote against any legislation to increase gun safety.

  • Hansel was unaware of basic fiscal details about his business and the city he is supposed to be running.

DCCC spokesperson James Singer
“George Hansel made clear to New Hampshire voters he can’t be trusted to protect Social Security, a woman’s right to choose, or take any action to end gun violence. Hansel is wrong for New Hampshire.”
