During the first day of the DNC, House Democrats celebrate historic progress towards to lowering costs, growing the middle class, and supporting working families
On the first day of the Democratic National Convention, House Democrats are highlighting our track record of delivering real results for working families.
While House Republicans led the least productive Congress since the Great Depression, here’s a non-exhaustive list of what the House Democratic majority accomplished during the 117th Congress:
DCCC Spokesperson Viet Shelton:
“House Democrats worked tirelessly to deliver for families when we held the majority, but we know there is still work to be done to lower costs, defend our rights, and grow the middle class. House Republicans have only delivered out-of-touch extremism, and that’s why voters are going to give us the majority back so we can get the House back to work For the People.”
