House GOP Seeks to Defund Law Enforcement to Protect Donald Trump

Yesterday, House Judiciary Chair and MAGA extremist Jim Jordan called on Congress to defund federal law enforcement in a desperate attempt to protect Donald Trump from prosecution.

These corrupt demands come a few months after the criminally indicted and twice-impeached ex-president called on Congressional Republicans to “defund the DOJ and FBI.” Following Trump’s dangerous calls, vulnerable Republicans tucked their tails and “didn’t provide any comment on whether they back Trump’s calls to defund the FBI and DOJ.”

Will vulnerable House Republicans – who repeatedly align themselves with extreme MAGA Republicans – continue to do the bidding of their party leader and defund law enforcement?
