House Passes Three Bynum-Backed, Bipartisan Bills

Bipartisan legislation co-led by Rep. Janelle Bynum cuts red tape, spurs small business growth

Freshman Representative Janelle Bynum is getting real results for Northwest Oregon families in Congress.

The House of Representatives passed three bipartisan bills this week co-led by Bynum to help small businesses get off the ground.

Bynum’s bills, the Access to Small Business Investor Capital Act, the ELEVATE Act, and the Expanding Access to Capital for Rural Job Creators Act, would help grow Oregon’s local economies and create jobs. They are now on their way to the U.S. Senate for consideration.

DCCC Spokesperson Lindsay Reilly
“Janelle Bynum’s proven track record of results just keeps getting stronger. In just over six months, she’s already passed multiple bipartisan bills to strengthen Oregon’s economy, create jobs, and support small businesses. That’s what leadership looks like.”
