Following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe, a 10-year-old rape victim was forced to travel from Ohio to Indiana to receive care since Ohio’s six-week “trigger ban” now bars women and children from accessing abortion – regardless of circumstances.
This is the world House Republicans’ efforts to overturn Roe enabled and the agenda they will force if they win control of the House, as they plan a nationwide abortion ban. If House Republicans have their way: Rape victims across the country could be denied abortion access under the GOP’s plan to ban abortion nationwide.
