This weekend, extremist Marjorie Taylor Greene promoted violence and armed insurrection at a Young Republican event and Republicans have been silent.
This ought to be simple.
Kevin McCarthy should demonstrate he’s ready to be number three in line to the presidency while he makes a desperate campaign to become speaker of the House. He should denounce Taylor Greene’s comments and call on his membership to do the same.
