Nancy Marks – former Treasurer for George Santos and the Joint Fundraising Committee between Anthony D’Esposito and George Santos – pleaded guilty to federal charges yesterday.
The guilty plea comes as criminally-indicted Santos is being investigated for 13 federal charges.
