ICYMI: Chabot Among Most Vulnerable Republicans in the Country

Chabot ranked the second most vulnerable House Republican

New reporting this week shows Rep. Steve Chabot is among the most vulnerable House Republicans in the entire nation.

Chabot’s record as a leader among anti-choice extremists, his consistent votes against lowering costs for Ohioans, and his total embrace of MAGA radicalism that has helped put Ohioans in danger has proven he’s too extreme to represent this district any longer.

“Southwest Ohio voters will be retiring Steve Chabot come November,” said DCCC Spokesperson Nebeyatt Betre.

“Chabot, who is seeking a 14th term, regularly finds himself in tough races in the Cincinnati-area 1st District, but the redrawn lines crafted after the 2020 census made his reelection this year even harder. Democratic challenger Greg Landsman, a member of the Cincinnati City Council, held $815,000 cash on hand as of June 30, while Chabot reported $745,000….Chabot was among the 147 GOP lawmakers who voted against certifying the 2020 election for Biden, who won the district.”
