On his first official day as Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson was caught on video fleeing a reporter asking two simple questions:

• “Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen… yes or no?”

• “Do you intend to pursue a national abortion ban as Speaker?”

His response? Silence.

Thankfully, we have the receipts demonstrating Johnson’s long history of election denial and anti-choice extremism.

• Johnson pushed for a total abortion ban without exceptions and voted for legislation to punish doctors for providing essential reproductive care.

• Johnson was instrumental in the plan to overturn the 2020 election – the New York Times named him “the most important architect of the Electoral College objections.”

• Additionally, Johnson served as the chair of the Republican Study Committee, leading their efforts to slash Social Security and Medicare.
