Illinoisans to Rodney Davis: Hands Off Our Health Care

Illinoisans protest outside Congressman Davis’ office to mark the two-year anniversary of Davis’ vote to take away access to affordable health care

This Saturday, Illinoisans gathered outside of Congressman Rodney Davis’ office in Decatur to mark the two year anniversary of Davis’ vote to raise health care costs, remove protections for people with pre-existing conditions, and institute an age tax.

Davis has continued these attacks on our health care this year – even voting just last month to back the Trump administration’s lawsuit to overturn critical health care protections.

“Time and time again, Rodney Davis has voted with the insurance and pharmaceutical giants that bankroll his campaigns, and against the health care of middle-class families,” said DCCC spokesperson Mike Gwin. “Illinoisans will continue to hold Rodney Davis accountable for his record of jeopardizing access to affordable health – both now and at the ballot box.”
