In his campaign to represent California’s 9th Congressional District, Tom Patti continues to be his own worst enemy. The San Joaquin County supervisor can hardly go a week without a new scandal at the expense of Central Valley voters.
His latest impropriety: as he unsuccessfully attempted to undermine the Board of Supervisors’ code of ethics policy, Patti admitted he is newly under investigation for bribery and other “undisclosed allegations.”
Central Valley residents have witnessed a clear pattern of abuse and disregard from Tom Patti, as he skirts federal law and hikes fees on Valley families.
With this latest revelation of bribery coming from Patti himself, instead of asking residents for their vote, Tom Patti must answer to the details of this investigation.

“Even as he asks Central Valley families to place their trust in him, Tom Patti cannot disentangle himself from scandal. With an election seven weeks away and yet another investigation hanging over Patti’s head, San Joaquin Valley voters deserve answers now on what exactly Patti stands accused of.”
