This week, the Iowa Transportation Commission announced that hundreds of highway infrastructure projects across Iowa will be greenlit with a significant portion of the funding coming from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
Though they have repeatedly celebrated the infrastructure improvements coming from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, never forget that Reps. Mariannette Miller-Meeks and Ashley Hinson voted against this critical piece of legislation, choosing their extreme party leaders over what’s best for Iowa.
DCCC Spokesperson Chris Hayden
“Iowans are once again seeing the critical investments from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law at work in their communities, no thanks to Ashley Hinson and Mariannette Miller-Meeks. Voters look forward to sending them packing and electing real leaders in November who will proudly deliver meaningful results for the state.”
