| Congressman Scott Perry is on the ropes.
Janelle Stelson significantly outraised Perry in the first quarter of 2026, raising nearly twice as much as the vulnerable incumbent. Stelson hauled in an eye-popping sum of more than $2.1M, compared to $1.1M for Perry.
Stelson also has much more cash on hand than Perry when factoring in his debts. She grew her campaign coffers to more than $3.1M.
Polling shows Stelson ahead of Perry, and nonpartisan race raters rate PA-10 as one of the few “Toss Up” congressional races in the entire country.
