During his last minute push to pass the Big, Ugly Bill — which no one wants — JD Vance callously dismissed the harm the GOP Tax Scam would cause on everyday Americans as “minutiae” and “immaterial.”

Every single so-called moderate House Republican has already backed the largest attack on health care and food assistance in American history to deliver massive tax giveaways to billionaires and are poised to vote for it AGAIN, but now with even larger, unprecedented cuts to Medicaid and nutrition assistance than last month.
