Today, John James’ Republican Study Committee held a press conference to introduce its extreme MAGA budget that would balloon the deficit and reward the ultra-wealthy while raising costs for millions of working-class Americans.
Chief among James’ disastrous policies is a massive handout to billionaires and big corporations. His budget extends Donald Trump’s tax scam that benefits the ultra-rich with little to no benefit for small businesses or the middle-class and ballooned the deficit.
Additionally, James’ budget would cut Social Security, privatize Medicare, leave millions of Americans without quality health care coverage, and continue relentless attacks on individual freedoms by supporting a nationwide abortion ban.
