Juan Ciscomani and David Schweikert Fall in Line, Vote to Support Trump-backed Speaker Candidate Jim Jordan

Today, Juan Ciscomani and David Schweikert voted in support of MAGA extremist Jim Jordan for speaker. This follows Donald Trump’s endorsement of Jordan earlier this month.

Time and time again, Ciscomani and Schweikert have refused to work in a bipartisan manner to deliver for Arizonans – and instead, chosen to enable their MAGA colleagues.

Thanks to Ciscomani and Schweikert, Speaker candidate Jim Jordan now has the greenlight to push an extreme, dangerous agenda that:

• Bans abortion nationwide with no exceptions. 

• Blocks critical benefits for the brave men and women who served our nation.

• Defunds federal law enforcement.

• Cuts Social Security and ends Medicare as we know it.

• Repeals investments that are creating good-paying jobs and reinvigorating American manufacturing.
