Today – again – vulnerable Republicans Juan Ciscomani and David Schweikert doubled down on their support for extreme House Speaker candidate Jim Jordan, who was endorsed by Donald Trump.
Jim Jordan is a radical candidate who authored the text of a nationwide abortion ban with no exceptions, advocates for cuts to Social Security and Medicare as we know it, and actively attempted to block a bipartisan law that honors veterans exposed to chemical radiation like Agent Orange.
DCCC spokesperson Justin Chermol:
“Juan Ciscomani and David Schweikert are sell-outs who time and time again cave to their extreme colleagues and fail to deliver common-sense solutions for everyday Arizonans. Their extreme agenda is unbecoming and a clear indication of just how out of touch these highly vulnerable Republicans are for their districts.”
