Judge Rules that Greg Gianforte is not Better than the Rest of Us, Must Take Mugshots & Fingerprints

Responding to a judge’s ruling today that Greg Gianforte, convicted criminal, must submit to having his mugshot and fingerprints taken despite the multimillionaire’s long-running legal challenge, DCCC spokesperson Drew Godinich released the following statement:

“Despite Congressman Gianforte’s continued refusal to take responsibility for lying about what amounted to a sucker punch, today a judge ruled that Gianforte cannot buy his way out of this problem – like when he sued Montana to restrict access to public lands. Multimillionaire Gianforte’s pointed refusal to believe that he’s held to the same laws as the rest of us disqualifies him from holding public office. He should resign.”

Gianforte can (yet again) appeal this ruling.

The DCCC released an add earlier this month targeting Gianforte for failing to take responsibility for his actions. You can watch the full ad, ‘Responsibility’, here.
