A new report from Punchbowl News reveals that House Freedom Caucus chair Scott Perry (PA-10) is meddling in his GOP colleague’s primary — encouraging anti-abortion activist Mark Houck to challenge vulnerable Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01).
According to Houck, Perry told the first-time candidate, “‘this is a decision you need to make,’ but if he were in my shoes, he would do it.”
