This week, anti-abortion extremist and Republican Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance has come under fire for bizarre, sexist comments about Vice President Kamala Harris and other Democrats, calling women who haven’t given birth “a bunch of childless cat ladies” who shouldn’t be in politics because they “don’t have a direct stake” in America.
Coughlin recently celebrated Donald Trump choosing Vance as his Vice Presidential candidate, calling him a “great pick.”
DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“Far-right weirdos like JD Vance are obsessed with controlling every aspect of women’s lives, from wanting to rip away abortion rights, restrict access to IVF, and end no-fault divorce. Kevin Coughlin’s support for Vance is the latest example of his own anti-women, anti-freedom agenda.”
