As extremist judges and lawmakers like Kris Kobach try to rip away a woman’s right to choose, the GOP field for Kansas’ 3rd congressional district, including Prasanth Reddy, Karen Crnkovich, and Jonathon Westbrook, has been completely silent – but Kansans, who overwhelmingly support the right to choose, deserve to know where they stand.
Here are three questions the Republican field must answer:
What’s their response to the 5th Circuit Court’s decision to uphold restrictions on mifepristone, which is used for almost half of all abortions in the country?
Does the field support fellow Republican Kris Kobach as he opposes Kansas abortion providers by defending legislation implementing cruel barriers to lifesaving reproductive healthcare and requiring doctors to provide misleading information to patients?
Do they support House Republicans’ ultimate goal: a nationwide ban on abortion?
