With new efforts underway to enshrine abortion protections in the state constitution, it couldn’t be more clear that anti-choice extremist Lauren Boebert is out of step with Coloradans, who overwhelmingly support the right to choose.
Boebert has repeatedly supported a national ban on abortion with no exceptions and voted against legislation that would protect many common forms of contraception and birth control for Coloradans. Just days ago, she voted for legislation that would restrict access to safe, legal abortion medication mifepristone – one of the most common methods for an abortion.
Coloradans already know Boebert is pushing an extreme anti-abortion agenda in Congress – but now, they deserve to know if she supports giving voters the choice to further protect their reproductive rights.
