LAWLESSNESS & DISORDER: House Republicans Condone Pardons For January 6th Rioters, Including Proud Boys Leader & Those Who Assaulted Cops

House Republicans are bending the knee after President Trump pardoned more than 1,500 rioters convicted of crimes related to the deadly January 6th insurrection, including leaders of far-right groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, plus some who assaulted police officers.

More than 140 police officers were injured, and five officers died as a result of the events on January 6, 2021.

Just over 24 hours after Trump pardoned the very individuals who stormed our Capitol, House Republicans have fallen in line and defended the violent actions of far right militias and those who assaulted police officers.

“With Trump back in office, House Republicans have shown they care more about sticking up for violent criminals who attack the police than backing the blue.”
