The Republican National Committee has declared January 6th “legitimate political discourse.”
It’s simple: Does Tyler Kistner agree a violent insurrection at the Capitol was legitimate political discourse or does he stand with law enforcement as they continue to investigate and prosecute those who took part?
DCCC Spokesperson Elena Kuhn
“Tyler Kistner disgracefully continues to stand back and watch as the Republican Party erodes our democracy. At this critical point, Kistner must answer if he agrees with his party that a lawless, violent insurrection to overturn the election was ‘legitimate political discourse.’”
