Lobsters and Ribeyes: Max Miller’s Grand 4th of July Vacation?

Is Miller “okay with the increase in fuel [prices]” as his fellow Republican Troy Nehls said?

While Northeast Ohio families grapple with record-high cost of groceries
increasing the price of their 4th of July celebrations by nearly 10%, Max Miller and his fellow House Republicans are getting a head start on their taxpayer funded vacations, complete with “big lobster tails” and “nice ribeyes.” Miller and House Republicans are skipping town and leaving work early after failing to address skyrocketing gas prices across the country. In Ohio, gas is still over $1 more expensive per gallon than at the beginning of the year.

Still, Miller and his fellow House Republicans are “okay with the increase in fuel [prices]” and living the good life on their taxpayer funded salaries because “60% of Americans don’t work as hard” as they do.

DCCC Spokesperson Riya Vashi:
“While Max Miller and his fellow House Republicans are daydreaming about their luxurious vacations, Northeast Ohio families are worrying about how to put food on the table and fill up their gas tank to get to work in the morning. Miller is enjoying his undeserved vacation while he can because he knows that OH-07 voters are going to vote him out and send Brian Poindexter to Congress this November.”
